All products are printed on demand, and they are final sale — we are unable to accept returns on the products.
If you receive a damaged product, then contact our customer support - [email protected] - within 15 days of receiving the order. For approved damaged product (usually, a photo is enough), you get a refund or receive a free replacement with the same design and product. No substitutions allowed.
Please provide us a picture of the product in question and the name on the order, and email it to [email protected].
What we need to make a replacement order / refund:
- Customer name and email.
- Order number
- Picture of wrong/ damaged item
Once we receive this, we will print a replacement product and ship it out.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, then we will reship the order at the expense (standard shipping) of the purchaser.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address and the purchaser does not pay for it to be reshipped, then the order will not be refunded.
Due to color variations in monitor screens, web color representations of the printed product may vary. All products are final sale, and we do not accept responsibility for monitor screen color deviations.
